Exchanges & Returns

We know that jewelry is a personalized item which is adored by you and your loved ones. Therefore we have taken extensive care in inspecting and packing your jewelry carefully. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly help you resolve the problem or exchange your item(s). You may exchange your order within 7 days of delivery date. If you would like to return your order, you have 48 hours of your delivery date. At, we serve to provide the highest quality of service and products for our customers.


Return Shipping Fee

All shipping and handling expenses are chargeable to customers for returns or exchanges. The amount charged depends on your order amount and the location. ShopPay Installment Plan Returns

If you purchase your item using ShopPay Financing. Your return will be subject to a 10% fee that will be deducted at the time of refund.


Terms & Conditions

  • All items being returned or exchanged must be in original packaging, tags, certificates and must be returned in the same condition as delivered by
  • Special orders, custom orders, engraved items, and any alterations done specifically on customer’s demand are not returnable or exchangeable (Includes special resizes).
  • Items being returned that show signs of wear, custom engraving, resizing by any entity (including will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Nose wear jewelry is not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons.
  • All clearance items are final sale items and will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Note: return and exchange policy differs from in store policy. Items purchased online may not be returned or exchanged in physical store location.


Exchange Policy

  • Customers may exchange items(s) within 7 days from the day they receive/sign for the package.

  • If an item being exchanged is more than the value paid, the customer will be notified of the balance by phone or email on file. Once the transaction is approved and finalized by the customer, then item(s) will be shipped.
  • If the amount of Item(s) being returned is less than the paid value, then a store credit will be issued for the remaining amount.


Return Policy

  • Our customers may return product(s) within 48 hours or receiving/signing for their package.
  • All product(s) being returned must be in same condition, as it was when shipped.

Exchange and Return Procedure

  3. Take your order to your local USPS facility, along with your printed label. USPS will assist you with packing materials if you need any. Please package all item(s) securely, so they do not get damaged in transit. Include a copy of your invoice within your package.
  4. Once we receive your return at our facility, we will process your return/exchange transaction.
