Exchange Policy:
  • All purchases made at this online store can be exchange within 30 days of purchase. These 30 days will be calculated from the date you receive and sign the shipment.
  • Your items will be exchange for the even amount you paid; there will be no additional charges for exchange within 30 days.
  • All the exchanged items shipped back to the customer are subject to shipping charges.
  • The difference between the amounts you paid and the price of new selected exchanged item (if it is higher than previously paid item) will be charged on same credit card you used to purchase the item.
  • If the selected exchange item is lesser than the amount you paid before, a store credit will be issued to you. This credit can be used towards new purchases at online store or our store locations.
  • Your store credit will be maintained for 90 days and after that we will issue you the refund by deducting 20 % restocking charges.
  • Any used item will never be exchanged.

Return Policy:
  • Please note that any purchases made on our physical store locations cannot be combined or returned on online store.
  • Any purchases made on this online store can be returned within 21 days for a full refund from the date you receive the item from our shipping carrier. The refund will be credited to your original mode of payment.
  • There will be 20% restocking charges applied if item returned after 21 days. Please note that the item should not be used or damage and should be returned to us in the condition you received, if you are planning to return it.
  • Your refund will be processed within 3 business days, after we receive the returned items.
Repair Policy:
  • We provide 6 months free repair on our entire jewelry product purchased from aabhushan online.
  • Watches are sold with their original manufactures warrantee.
